It’s a relatively quick fix, and the relief on the homeowner’s face when warm air starts flowing again makes my day.

Next stop is Downers Grove for a scheduled heating system maintenance. These preventive service calls are crucial – they help catch potential issues before they become emergency repairs. I perform a comprehensive check, including:

Even in winter, we’re planning ahead. I head to Naperville for an AC system evaluation to prepare for the upcoming summer season. It’s important to get these units ready before the first heat wave hits.
5:00 PM – Wrapping Up
Back at headquarters, I complete my service reports and prep my van for tomorrow. Every day brings different challenges, but helping keep our communities comfortable makes it all worthwhile.
