As the sun rises over the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania, my day at Highlands Quality Climate Control begins with our morning team meeting. We review the day’s service appointments and discuss the specific needs of our customers across Derry, Johnstown, and the surrounding communities.
First Call: AC Installation
Our first stop takes us to Latrobe, where a family needs their aging air conditioning system replaced. The morning air is still cool, making it the perfect time to tackle a full installation. We carefully remove the old unit and ensure all the new connections are properly secured, paying special attention to the ductwork integrity.
Midday: Emergency Plumbing
Just before lunch, we receive an urgent call from Ligonier about a leaking water heater. This is why we always keep our service vehicles fully stocked with essential parts and tools. Quick response times are crucial in preventing water damage and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Afternoon: Routine Maintenance
The afternoon schedule includes several preventive maintenance visits in Loyalhanna and New Derry, where we:
